Deskover is a marketplace: you can look for desks in several coworking spaces and choose the option you prefer! Go to www.deskover.lu/locations, have a look at the locations. You can use the map view and add some filters. Click on the info button to see details, opening times and pictures of the coworking spaces. Go back to the locations page to make a booking. Note: you must choose a date and a time to see available services and prices. You will be redirected to the right service when clicking on "book now". On the locations page choose the dayfor which you want to book choose the time slotyou need (full day, afternoon, morning, pay by the hour, ...) At this point you will see only the coworking spaces offering the possibility to book that specific timeslot. Click on "Book Now" for the coworking space you chose and proceed with entering the details of your booking - Choose your arrival time: your desk will be reserved from that time on. You don't need to be punctual, you can arrive anytime after that time. Are you committed and you know you'll need many sessions to reach your goals? Then get a pricing plan, which is basically a subscription! When you get a subscription, you'll have to book your desk every time as well: depending on your subscription, you'll have the right to book evenings and weekends for free, as part of the pricing plan. Click on "Evenings", the system will recognize you have a subscription and let you book your desk for free ;)

It depends! So far the only coworking space that provides a service payable by hour is Ginkgo. The price will clearly indicate the wording "€/hour". When you read "Evenings 9.99€", it means that the whole evening will cost you 9.99€. When booking the service, you'll have to choose your estimated arrival time and your desk will be reserved from that time onwards (there is no need to select multiple time-slots!)

But what are the opening times for which I can pay on demand? The special thing about Deskover is that you'll be finally able to book a desk even after business hours, hence also on evenings and weekends. Depending on the space, you'll be able to book a desk for: - single evening (after 18h00) - single weekend day (Sat or Sun anytime) Some coworking spaces will let you book a desk also during weekdays. Yes, you can, provided that you do it up to 2 days beforeyour booking. Go to "My Booking" page and manage your reservations from there. You can also reschedule.

Yes. This is necessary in order to manage the capacity of the space. We want to make sure you'll always find a spot where to sit! This is even more important today due to Covid reason: we need to be sure that the social distance is garantueed. Moreover, if you get a subscription in a coworking space using a QR Code reader as access control, you will have to generate a unique QR code for every booking you make! And this is possible only by making the booking, of course ;)

Go to www.deskover.lu/locations, click on the info button of the coworking space you chose and click on "Get a pricing plan"! Every coworking space has its own subscription types and pricings. Remember that we, at Deskover, do not decide the pricing. This means that a space could offer a 10 days package while another could offer a three months pricing plan. This also means that two spaces can offer the same subscription type, but for a different price. The only way to find out is to check the spaces you're interested into and click on "Get a pricing plan" for each of them. Even when you get a subscription, you'll have to book your desk every time you intend to use the space for which you paid. This allows us to manage the capacity of the spaces. If for example your subscription includes accesses on evenings and weekends, you'll automatically get the right to book evenings and weekends for free. So how do you do it? - Pay online for your subscription and whenever you wanna use the space, go through the booking system: it will recognize that you have a subscription and let you book your desk for free ;)

There are no specific Opening Times. Each coworking space sets its available booking times. You can also book a desk after business hours (evenings) and on weekends, depending on the coworking space. To find out, go to www.deskover.lu/locations, choose the space you prefer and look for the dark rectangles indicating the services offered.

Another special thing about Deskover! No worries, today there are many access control systems that are fully digital. So yes, you can open the door with your phone! Check the icons on the location page to find out. Coworking spaces might have different ways to manage control access. After booking a desk, you can check how to open the door of the coworking space you booked, by visiting your "My Bookings" page and clicking on the "How to open the door" button. If the coworking space you booked has a QR Code Reader as Access Control, you'll have to generate a unique QR code for every booking you make.
